Housing

We offer two-bedroom units, with two residents per room. Each unit is designed for comfort and convenience, providing a safe and welcoming space for every resident.

Cost:

Our monthly rate is $800, which includes utilities and a full schedule of daily activities. Residents enjoy engaging programs such as:

• Sunday: Bingo

• Wednesday: Gym outings

• Other activities throughout the week to keep residents active and connected

Daily Care

We assist residents with day-to-day tasks, including getting in and out of bed, dressing, and other essential daily living activities. Residents are expected to be able to bathe themselves.

Housekeeping

To help maintain a clean and comfortable home, we provide housekeeping every other day, so residents don’t have to worry about chores.

Meals

Residents enjoy a special Saturday night meal prepared for the entire house, giving everyone a chance to gather, socialize, and enjoy home-cooked food.

Transportation Support

We assist with arranging transportation for medical appointments, dialysis, and bill payments through a resident’s transportation provider, Medi-Cal, or insurance. We can help with calls to transportation companies and, with a signed waiver, provide short local trips, such as to nearby stores or errands.
